Our Hardio class is exactly what it says on the tin. It is one of our tougher sessions of the week. It is a conditioning class programmed around our bikes, skis, curved treadmills and use of free weights to build your engine.

We are an official Hyrox affiliate gym which gives us exclusive access to run Hyrox sessions. Our hyrox sessions are varied to ensure we work on each of the 9 components. Whether you are competing at an event or you are looking to improve your fitness this class is perfect for you.
